New year, new me? Planning to set any New Year’s resolutions? I have a little trick for you to make them last! 💜✨
Whether your goal is to read more books, practice yoga, or something else entirely, if you want lasting change, start by finding the joy in it ✨
There’s also a big difference between making a change from the ego versus the soul. Do you want to read more books because you want to be the kind of person who reads (ego), or because reading is fun and makes you feel good (soul)? 🦋
The joy comes from the soul, aligning with what feels right and enriching to you on a deeper level, as opposed to doing something just to meet a goal or live up to an image you want to project. It’s about why the thing genuinely matters to you and makes your life better 💜✨
